You must provide us with true and accurate information for example: your real name, phone umber, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Falsifying or omitting contact information such as name, address, and/or telephone number when registering with B & M Quality Meats is not permitted. You are also not permitted to use fax or disconnected numbers as a telephone number. When using this website you must obey all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws.
It is your responsibility to select a password that is unique to your B & M Quality Meats account and that you do not disclose this information to anyone else or keep this information in an insecure place.
You have permission to electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping within this website. Unless we give you express written permission in advance, any other use of this website, its content and its information, including linking or framing to this website, is strictly prohibited.
You must not misuse this website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the services; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicted advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion or feature of this website by hacking or any other illegitimate means. B & M Quality Meats will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
We will note be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it. We reserve the right to bar users from this site on a permanent or temporary basis. Any such user shall be notified and must not attempt to use this site under any other name or through any other user. B & M Quality Meats will report any breach of these rules that would constitute a criminal offence under the Cybercrime Act 2001 to the relevant law enforcement agencies and disclose your identity to them.
These website Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and applicable Federal laws.
B & M Quality Meats may suspend or terminate your account and or your right to utilise the services made available through this website in the event that it determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in violation of the Site Terms.
Notwithstanding any of these site Terms and Conditions that may suggest otherwise, B & M Quality Meats reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your right to use this website for any reason or no reason at all, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this website by you. In the event your right to use this website is terminated, these site Terms and Conditions shall still apply.
All prices and dollar amounts on this website are in Australian dollars.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
We currently accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. Credit card payments are secured by SSL, which encrypts all your data in transit to ensure secure online transactions.
On successful completion of the transaction you will receive a confirmation email.
By submitting a credit card number to B & M Quality Meats you are representing and warranting that the credit card information you provide is valid, authentic, current, and one that you are authorised to use.
We may cancel any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at anytime if
1. The requested products in that order are not available; or
2. There is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site in relation to the relevant product in that order; or
3. That order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.
If we do so, then we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled order if we cancel it before the delivery date or if you are not at fault or in breach of these terms and conditions.
You may cancel an order (whether it is accepted by us or not):
1. Up to 24 hours after purchasing by contacting B & M Quality Meats. If so, a $5.00 cancellation and processing fee may apply to that cancellation
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact B & M Quality Meats.
Where applicable, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. We are commonly able to process refunds in five working days.
Please note that we are not able to refund or debit delivery charges.
RISK OF LOSS
All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Include a photo on the message.
We may offer promotional discount codes which may apply to any or certain purchases made through the B & M Quality Meats website. Promotional codes are valid for a specific time period and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, including automated discounts at the shopping cart. If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, in which you later exchange or return, and the price has returned to normal, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid. Any further conditions of using the promotional codes will be specified at the time. Promotional codes have a limit of one use per customer and can only be redeemed online during the dates specified.
